TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP
Transformational leadership is a style in which the leader identifies the required change, creates a vision to implement the change, and develops the commitment of the subordinates to implement the change.
There are Four components of Transformational Leadership:
1. Idealized Influence: The leader is the ideal role model for the subordinates and the leader is the person who motivates everyone else
2. Inspirational Motivation: Leaders in this strategy have the ability to motivate and encourage the followers
3. Individualized Consideration: Leaders put an emphasis on focusing on personal feelings and needs of the followers
4. Intellectual Simulation: The leader is responsible for challenging the followers to be innovative and creative in order to bring out the best in the work.
