Organizational Change takes place is an organization when certain changes are made to the way operations are taken care of in an organization. Refers to change that becomes part of daily routine. Organizational change refers to changing traditional ways of conducting operations in an organization. Organizational change might not be easily accepted by everyone and can be either a negative or a positive change. Managers play a key role in implementing change because if the managers cannot convince the other workers to accept and go along with the change, then this change can create a negative environment in the organization instead of benefiting the organization. Organizational change brings new innovative ideas to the organization that are meant to maximize the success of the organization.

- Communicate the vision
- Remove obstacles in the way for implementing change
