LEADERSHIP GRID
Leadership Grip:
- Leadership grid is a tool used for evaluating the behaviour of the leader by considering two basic elements which are concern for people and concern for results. A good leader tends to have both the basic elements at a high level.
- The concern for people and concern for results is measured on a scale of 1-10

- Leaders who fall in the (5,5) category tend to have a balance between people relationships and results. These leaders tend to make some progress but usually end up failing on driving results for the task and are usually viewed as people who avoid conflicts.
- Leaders who fall in the (9,9) category consider relations with people and are committed to achieve goals. These leaders are willing to learn and take conflicts as new opportunities to learn from and usually have high expectations of themselves.
