Change management refers to the methods and strategies that are used in order to implement the change in an organization. Change management consists of the steps and activities that the management needs to follow in order to implement the change. Change management is put in place in order to ensure that the change that is implemented is successful and everyone is easily able to adapt to the change. Change management is utilized by an organization to ensure that the change is known by all the people that are part of the organization and all the methods are put in place to make is easier to adapt to the new change.
